RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Merchandise once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged unless any defect in the goods has been notified to us in writing within 7 days of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, uncut with tags, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item(s) returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@ikanft.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us to request a return will not be accepted. If any item(s)/orders are returned to IKAN f&t without having followed all the above procedures, then IKAN f&t reserve the right to refuse the issue of a refund. The customer shall be liable for any return costs or customs charges.   

Please note that custom made/bespoke items purchased under wholesale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as body and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items / gift cards / bespoke items:  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or custom made/bespoke items.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@ikanft.com and once agreed by us we will send you instructions on how to return the products to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a damaged of defective item from Overseas (Outside Mainland United Kingdom), please follow the procedure below:

  • Please Mark the parcel/items as a Return of Zero Value. Failure to do so will otherwise incur a customs fee which the seller IKAN f&t cannot be liable for and thus the parcel will be returned to sender which may come at further cost to you.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, then your refund will be processed and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Please note that funds can take up to 5 working days to show up in your account.
