Delivery Rates

We keep shipping simple with flat rates:

  • UK: £6.99 per order (under £200) - Orders over £200 ship free

  • International: £24.99 per order (all destinations)

  • Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via tracked courier to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days

  • Bespoke / Made-to-Order Garments: Handcrafted in Ghana; delivery typically 3–6 weeks. Tracking and updates are provided throughout the process.

Taxes & Duties

  • UK VAT is automatically removed for international orders.

  • Local taxes, customs duties, or additional fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • EU customers are responsible for VAT and any applicable duties due to post-Brexit regulations.

  • Please check your country’s customs rules before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may cancel or return standard items within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging.

  • Bespoke / Made-to-Order items are non-returnable, except if faulty or damaged.

  • Refunds are processed once items are received. Original shipping costs are only refunded if the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email returns@ikanft.com to request a return form.

  2. Include all original packaging and tags.

  3. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

Bespoke - Frequently asked questions
How long does a bespoke garment take to make?

Production typically takes 4–6 weeks due to the handcrafting process.
Can bespoke garments be returned or exchanged?

No. Bespoke and made-to-order garments are non-returnable because they are tailored specifically for you.
Can I make changes after the order is placed?

Minor adjustments may be possible if production has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately to discuss changes.
How do I provide my measurements?

ou can submit your measurements using our online guide, or schedule a virtual or in-person fitting session.
Can I choose my fabrics and patterns?

Yes. We work with you to select fabrics, prints, and design details that reflect your style and African heritage
Are bespoke garments ethically made?

Absolutely. Every bespoke garment is handcrafted by fairly compensated Ghanaian tailors - no sweatshops or mass production
