Shipping policy

UK Deliveries:

Orders are Generally Shipped within 48 hours of you placing your order, but we will communicate with you if otherwise. We cannot process or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Items may be shipped using Hermes, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail or another third-party courier. 

Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 (Free for orders over £60)

  • Average despatch time: 48 hours (excluding weekends)
  • Estimated 3-5 working days delivery
  • Order tracking is available with a tracking number which will be emailed to you

 

Express UK Delivery: £8.99

  • Average despatch time: 24-48 hours (excluding weekends)
  • Estimated 2-3 working days delivery
  • Order tracking is available with a tracking number which will be emailed to you

 

EU and International Delivery

Shipment costs to EU and Worldwide destinations is calculated at checkout. Deliveries will be made 7-10 working days after you place your order depending on your location. All items will be shipped using the best courier possible and where applicable tracking will be used and a tracking number will be emailed to you.

We cannot process or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

International shipping may involve administrative issues like custom duties or state/provincial taxes that may apply when the purchased items arrive. Please note we are not responsible for these charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The customer shall be liable for any return costs or customs charges. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. 

 

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PRE-ORDERS. 

If your order contains PRE-ORDERED item(s) your order will be held until the full order can be fulfilled. However, if you wish to have your other items sent to you, please email us at team@ikanft.com and we will dispatch your order in two separate parcels.
